All our shippings are made by Spanish Postal Service (Correos España), through certificated mail, so you can know at any time where your purchase is.
Shipping costs are included if you live in Spain.
We ship WORLDWIDE, and delivery expenses are 9€ for the rest of the world.
IMPORTANT: The Carnivore Flea cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. How long do I have to wait till my order arrives home?
When we receive your order, we start right away with it. Normally it takes 24-48 hours to process your order before shipment. From there, and depending where your home is, if you are in Spain, normally it takes 3 days. If you are an international buyer, and you live in Europe, it would take 5 days to arrive, but if you live outside Europe it is hard to tell, because it varies a lot depending on your country.
Are you nailbitting because you don't know where your package is?
Easy! Send us an email at [email protected] and we will answer you with the tracking number, so you can control the state and location of your package.
What happens if I don't like what I bought or if the size is incorrect?
Don't worry. If you receive an article that isn't completely satisfactory, we compromise to return your money back. We need you to pay the costs for the shipping back and the article should not have been worn, washed or damaged. Besides, it must have its original label.

Once we have received it and checked that everything is correct, we will proceed to return your money the same way you payed it (Paypal, bank transfer…). Please bear in mind that the estimated delay is of 3 to 15 working days, always depending on the receiver bank.
If you are looking for a size change, we recommend that you send us an email to [email protected] and we will indicate you the steps to follow.
IMPORTANT: The Carnivore Flea won't accept in any case articles sent by Pay On Delivery method.

Of course you can! But always remember to indicate your name and bank account number, in case we'll need it for a refund.

Of course. We know that putting your data in Internet may be a little scary the first time, but you don't have anything to worry about. As a matter of fact, PayPal is one of the most secure ways to buy online.
